Because once such pits appear on the particle board surface, small white spots will appear after the impregnated adhesive film paper is used to veneer, which will affect the decorative effect.

Moisture content
The moisture content of particle board will affect the curing period of subsequent decorative panels. Use particle board with a low moisture content to make customized home products. After installation, as the moisture content of the board increases and balances, the board will expand, causing quality problems such as deformation of the side panels and poor opening and closing of the door panels.
GB/T 4897-2015 has relatively broad requirements for moisture content (3.0% ~ 13.0%). According to a large number of tests, in areas with high humidity in the south, the moisture content of particle boards is controlled at 8.0% ~ 10.0%, and in dry northern areas, the moisture content is controlled at 6.0% ~ At 8.0%, the size of the customized home panels processed is relatively stable.
Water absorption thickness expansion rate
The water absorption thickness expansion rate is an important indicator reflecting the dimensional stability and water resistance of particle boards. GB/T 4897-2015 stipulates specific requirements according to particleboard classification. Among them, furniture-type particle boards are also divided into three categories according to the use environment, namely furniture-type particle boards used in dry conditions, furniture-type particle boards used in humid conditions and furniture-type particle boards used in high-humidity conditions. Screw holding force

Environmental protection indicators
The national standard GB/T 39600-2021 <<Classification of Formaldehyde Release from Artificial Panels and Their Products>> has been implemented. This standard divides formaldehyde release into 3 levels, namely E1≤0.124 mg/m3, E0≤0.050 mg/m3 and ENF. ≤0.025 mg/m3.
