1.The difference in production process

In fact, no matter how many times the commercial plywood is cold pressed, it is useless, because the main thing to look at for plywood is the bonding force, and it must pass through the hot press to achieve the bonding effect. The so-called primary molding is a sheet that is directly formed after only one hot press (the film paper is directly placed on the sandwich), and the secondary molding is to first form the substrate (bottom plate), then sand, polish, and putty the bottom plate, polish it, and then paste the film paper, and then enter the hot press again to paste the film, that is, it has gone through the process of twice hot presses
2. The smoothness, flatness, and brightness of the commercial plywood are different
