CDX Pine Plywood for Structural Roofing
CDX Pine Plywood normally use Pine veneer surface, C grade face veneer & D grade back veneer. The base board use high strength Full fresh core plywood. They are mainly used for structural and load-bearing applications such as: roofs, floors, wall coverings, packaging and joinery. Normally we divide it into indoor use CDX plywood and outdoor use CDX plywood.Indoor CDX plywood mainly use the E1 waterproof glue and outdoor CDX plywood mainly use Phenolic Glue or WBP Melamine Glue. For the edge processing, You can choose tongue and groove (TG2 or TG4) and straight edge (SQE). At sindodwood we only buy responsibly sourced wood, All of our plywood sheets are CE and FSC certified.

Phenolic Glue meets Weatherproof bonding according to EN 314-2/Class 3, outdoor. meets emission class E1 in EN 13986 on low formaldehyde emission, German ChemVerbotsV – so-called emission class E05 / M1 emission classification / French VOC regulation A+.
