Application Of pine block board
Pine block board is used to make doors, tables, shelves, paneling and partition walls. It is normally used for interior usage due to the type of glue used. To achieve maximum strength, it is important to ensure that the core runs lengthways. Blockboard (also called lumber core) has very good screw holding and can be considered as solid wood; it has a good resistance to warping.
Three other blockboards with different core materials are: falcata blockboard, paulownia blockboard, and poplar blockboard.
Pine core

Paulownia core
The material of paulownia core is gentle. Good toughness, not easy to split. Plasticity, processing, engraving is easy. And has the characteristics of decay resistance, moisture isolation, not easy moth-eaten, wear-resisting.It’s a little more expensive than the pine core.
Falcata core
Falcata core texture is clear and very good-looking. Good processing performance, with anti-corrosion, anti-insect, acid and alkali resistance characteristics, light weight, no deformation, and no cracking. It’s more expensive than pine core and paulownia core.
poplar blockboard
Poplar core blockboard uses poplar as the main core material. Poplar wood has moderate softness and hardness, which makes this board have good nail-holding power during processing and is easy to fix and assemble.
